WEAC’s vision today is the same as when it was founded – “economic equality for women is best accomplished through mentorship and entrepreneurship”. After being in existence for 5 years, WEAC now has a keen focus on ‘’Impact at Scale!’’
WEAC originally WECREATE, was founded in 2015 to address gender gaps in the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Zambia and to drive women empowerment and gender equality in partnership with the US Embassy .Today, WEAC is more relevant and more valuable because it focuses on the critical mass, women and youth aboard.
