Our Story
WEAC (formerly WECREATE) was launched as a pioneering platform to respond to the underrepresentation of women in entrepreneurship in Zambia. What began as a US Department of State-supported initiative has since evolved into a fully Zambian-led organization dedicated to creating a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem for women and youth. WEAC has transformed over the years from a center for training into a leading women-led and youth-centered organization influencing policy, facilitating funding, and creating access to business development services at scale
